Erstetzt keine Therapie, aber sonst großartig!

Das Hörbuch setzt den Achtsamkeits und ACT Ansatz hervorragend um. Das Englisch ist auch für nicht Muttersprachler gut zu verstehen,

Great and practical intro to ACT

Steven Hayes has done the world a big gift by making ACT accessible to the public. This (audio) book is a great introduction and also a must read/hear for everyone who wants to go deeper. Loads of exercises and metaphors to learn from.
The speaker does sound a bit like a machine every now and then. Likewise he has a calm voice that I could easily follow along.
