A worthy read

The ending is quite okay but everything else feels just so repetitive. Not just compared to previous books but within this book as well. Conversations, situations, jokes ... overall the entire book seems as if it drags on to make it to a complete book. I still like the overall story and therefore I do not want to give less than 4 stars but it might be good that the story is coming to an end. The performance by R. C. Bray is once again great. I wish he would narrate my own novel ... maybe one day :D

Fühlte sich an wie eine Episode von Discovery am Ende es fehlt irgendwo ein längerer Epilog Craig wurde faul am Ende

Ich bin überwältigt von der gesamten Reihe und freue mich auf das was noch kommt. Trotzdem bin irgendwie glücklich und traurig zur gleichen Zeit. Ohne zu viel über diesen Teil zu schreiben, es muss einfach weitergehen!

I love the series, loved every part of it and couldn’t wait for the next book every time I finished one.
This one was no exemption.
The only thing that felt weird was the kind of anticlimactic ending… I mean, I try not to Spoiler to much but I was expecting definitely more from the elders… it felt kind of rushed despite the almost 20h listening time.
Anyway… if that wasn’t the last book of the series, forget I said anything 🤣

Absolutely awesome series, but…

I love the little beercan, but the story was all over the place and too filled with unnecessary details and side trips that in the end didn't play any role at all. I felt like half the story was just blablabla and the truly good stuff was left unexplained in the end...
Still overall entertaining enough. Let s see if there will be a book 16 coming along, as this kind of felt like the end of the line.

Despite several negative reviews, I think this is a very good ending to a phantastic series. It is not the great KABOOM! type of ending that some people might wish for. It closes the story believably and in a kind if plausible way. Personally I really enjoyed it.
I thank the author and the voice actor for more than 200 hours of great fun in the whole series.
