Ich bin ein riesiger Fan der Serie, habe sie mehrmals schon gelesen und nun endlich komme ich dazu, die Hörbücher zu hören. Die Sprecherin der Hauptserie gefällt mir sehr gut, daher hatte ich hohe Erwartungen für Rob Shapiro. Diese wurden leider nicht getroffen. Besonders am Anfang, aber auch während der ganzen kurzen Novelle, ist es schwierig die männlichen Charaktere zu unterscheiden. Emotionen kommen erst gegen Ende des Buches heraus und Alex ist.... nun ja.... es trifft wirklich nicht meinen Geschmack, wie er sie hier spricht.

It’s a very short novel from the covenant series and I have to say, that it did break my heart to be in Aidan’s head the whole time and seeing Alex like this. This is so not her but there are tiny glimpses of her and I think and hope that they will be able to get her back. But that will probably only happen at the end of book four, if I have to make a guess
