Last book, the missed opportunities with eyes of wisdom already got a bit annoying, but in this book… wow. I was cringing so hard at the missed attempts. Same with some other abilities but not that bad.

Also some decisions feel quite forced and out of character, just to set up the next book.

This is a very jarring experience if you are used to Alexander and Rader. Rader really brought the female cast to life and they all had distinct voices. Now they have pretty much the same voice with different accents.
Des went from having a husky and alluring voice to being german. Charlotte went from being shy and modest to being british. All the Elvers Sound the same now and are scottish for some reason. Ken went from being a gritty and serious Assassin to Just being Ard 2.0 which is also just a major WTF. This is such a bummer because I think the current VA's are not bad at all. They did very well voicing Ard's Oath but they just dont fit as well in Dungeon Diving, at least for me. Feels like all the Characters changed from ground up for no reason.
This did no one any favors. Hope I can get used to this at some point. What a bummer.

the series was in the original until about Jan 2025 Voiced by: Lewis Alexander, Rozelyn Rader until 202

now you can't find them on Audib anymore and there is only this bad new edition (speakers do a much worse job in my opinion)

Leider wurden mit dieser Folge die Sprecher gewechselt. Damit ist für mich die Reihe so gut wie vorbei. Sämtliche Charaktere die wir im Laufe der Geschichte kennen gelernt haben haben jetzt einen anderen stimmen Charakter(und ihre leistung ist einfach deutlich schwächer...). Wirklich schade da ich den plot echt unterhaltsam fand. naja vielleicht muss ich einfach etwas warten und später dem ganzen noch mal eine Chance geben. :D

Sadly they switched the voice actors with this episode and the characters that we got used to completly changed there voice patterns and characters ( and the quality of there acting is a lot worse .....). For me that means that i lost the interest to follow this audiobook for the foreseeable future. Which is sad since I enjoyed the plot a lot. well mabye I just have to give it more time but I'm not sure if I want to pick it up. :D
