Loved everything about it: Great action scenes, intriguing secrets revealed, and a lot of slugs. What else could one wish for?

Amazing conclusion to the journey

Well, this series was fun to listen to. But after a while I realized that, despite there being all the elements I like about Brandon Sanderson, there was also a kind of a flaw, that I've noticed with a number of authors mainly writing fantasy novels: More or less everything just works like a magic system.
An interesting one, as always with Brandon, but still: In my opinion this is a series of fantasy novels in a futuristic setting, and _not_ science fiction. There is not a hint of science worth mentioning in there.

Great series with intriguing characters and views of a fascinating universe which in parts feels a lot like there's more magic than science. But that's part of the charm. In the first book there's a lot of Top Gun to be found but it evolves beautifully from there to encompass much more: a fight for survival, for friends and freedom. And the search for a better, inclusive society.
A very worthwhile read. Including its spinoffs.

Nothing but whining and complaining. I muss the humor and Action from the first two books. The third was already a step backwards, but this is simply boring teenage drama
