Während mir der Autor sehr sympathisch ist und alle seine Tipps sehr gut gemeint sind, hätte ich mir mehr konkrete Tipps gewünscht. Gegen Ende hin wurde es direkt schwer das Buch zu beenden.

The audiobook is too long for the message. The author tries to sell the same idea over and over again, while (the already paying) listener is already committed to the idea (as they bought the audiobook).

The story itself and the advice is very valuable.

I recommend the last chapter, which actually summarizes the ideas briefly.

Technically the book is missing a nice, detailed table of content (only chapter 1 .. chapter x). While this might inspire the listener to actually take the audiobook as a first "second brain" project, it is still a pain once you want to make thia a reality and find the right places in the audiobook to go back to.

The reader is good and fits nicely to the content.
