Yes, it's romance and yes it's tropey as fuck but with a love for the characters and really great voice acting. Also they all share my love for Shakespeare so I'm sold

I loved this book. Lee Winter knows how to write a slow burn book in a graphically way, how to portray a perfect ice queen and crate well thought threw protagonist with a rich and vivid backstory. Although this book is quit long, it is never boring or tedious to read or listen too. It contains themes like ice queen, age gab, workplace romance, fake relationship and celebrity.

I would read it again and can only recommend it to everybody who wants to dive into the world of these two characters and their beautiful love story.

Narration: Angela Dawe, do I need to say more? She is a true voice actor. Theoretically this audiobook does not need any names in it. The way the characters are portrait you know based on the voice which character is saying what.

I really loved the story and the description of certain spicy scenes it’s described in such detail… you know that the author really knows what she is talking about. The story in general is so good It feels organic and real.The narrator did such a good job she allowed the characters to really come to live. Especially the voice she gave Elisabeth is soo soothing.

Great audiobook. The story was a cute slow burn, with sometimes questionable reactions/actions to keep the plot going, but great overall. What really did me in was the narrator. She did an amazing job and absolutely brought the story and every single of its characters to life!

I've been a lesbian fanfiction reader for ages and that's wife I know Lee Winter from. She's one of the top notch writers in the fandom, and in the lesbian novels universe. It's truly a blessing that one of her novels is available on audible with a talented speaker such as Angela Dawe.
I so wish there would me more of this.

I love the way the story unfolds. It is a romance novel but not too cheesy. It is sweet and you can really feel the connection. I love the way the characters are relatable and also very realistic while not being naïve still precious

Das war das zweite Buch von Lee Winter was ich gehört habe und ich fand’s genau so gut! Lee Winter hat eine Schwäche für Geschichten mit Eisköniginnen and I’m here for it.
Ich finde auch die Sprecherin sehr sehr gut!
