A bit tedious at times but overall quite fascinating. The reader does hilariously stereotypical accents for every character.
"How to make the world add up" had both slightly better storytelling and performance in my opinion.

A very good listen, all things considered

Eigentlich hab ich Tim Harford recht gern als Author- aber sein neuestes Buch ist nicht sein Bestes- nicht das es schlecht ist- aber The Undercover Economist z.B. ist viel besser meiner Meinung nach.

Mein Fazit: Wenn man sonst nichts zum anhören hat ist man hier gut aufgehoben- aber es gibt (auch von ihm) bessere Bücher.

Profoundly researched, with many scientific references. Lots of examples and stories that fit our episodic memory. Actually explaining stories of success, failure, learning and adaptation with neuro science and psychology. Moved to the top three of my favorite gift list.
