Loved the story, and the reader is a pleasure to listen to. The characters are very human and individual, which lends the story a satisfying credibility. Warmly recommended.

Die Story ist gut geschrieben, das vorweg. Nichts intellektuell Anspruchsvolles oder so, an sich auch nichts Besonderes unter den historischen Romanzen. Aber die Lesung ist derart hervorragend, dass man glaubt, es ist die Realität, man ist im Geschehen involviert. Rosalyn Landor performt einfach perfekt (wie alle ihre Hörbücher). Ich habe fast in einem Stück durchgehört, die Charaktere waren einfach zu anziehend. Die Handlung ist auch sehr natürlich, psychologisch mit Feingefühl fügt sich jedes Ereignis ein. Die Buchreihe setze ich auf alle Fälle fort. Empfehlung 💖👍🏻💖
