Pretty Woman has nothing on this story! The story of Lorie and Ander is about being real, respecting someone else without judgement on the basis of their profession and dealing with realistic issues, which includes sex. Lorie starts out as a virgin and Ander is a male escort whom she selects to finally get rid of that embarrassing detail.

What was supposed to be a single engagement turns into several. Anders teaches her the ropes about sex in the most patient and sensitive way.

But he isn't the knight in shining armour. He has his own issues to deal with. Both MCs have their own insecurities to deal with and their professional relationship as service provider and client turns into an unlikely friendship over the course of time.

I won't go into more detail so as not to spoilt the many twists and surprises but I'd really like to recommend this book in particular to anyone who loves realistic characters with depth. The steam is definitely there but if you expect an erotic novel with BDSM, let me tell you, it's nothing like that. It's real, raw, unfiltered, sensitive and emotional. And so much more besides. I loved this story and its characters and I think, so will you.
