It's not believable that a 19-year-old brat like Diabolo and a 30-year-old former marine like Skyler would fall in love. I can understand the physical attraction... but more than that? No way! All the swearing and derogatory remarks from Diabolo and the glorification of murder are not my thing.
As in this series, the steamy encounters are good, even if they are a bit drawn out here. But that's about it.
I'm stopping with this book in this series.
The narrative is good, though.
