While I enjoyed the first book, this sequel was a total let down. Temperance was always a bit naive, but her selfless act in the first book turned into something frustrating and eye roll worthy in this book. She would say/think one thing and do something completely opposite of it. Between none remarkable smut, Leo's spineless inaction and Caspin's constant MIA throughout the book, the ending did us - the fans - dirty. I'm really disappointed, expecting a different outcome.
