• Slow Vinyasa Flow - recording from LIVE yoga on Insight Timer app Feb. 1, 2026
    Feb 1 2026

Welcome to the Spiritually Fit Yoga podcast with Amelia Andaleon.

Today’s episode is a recording of a live yoga class I taught on the Insight Timer app.

In this full-length practice, you’ll be guided through:

    • A grounding meditation

    • An all-levels slow flow yoga practice

    • Time for deep rest in savasana or sit quietly in meditation.

This class can be followed with the audio but, if you'd like see a video recording of this class, not really meant to prime time LOL, you can view it on Spotify. Although the angle of the video is not ideal, I decided to supplement the audio so you can still get an idea of the shape of the poses.

🧘🏽‍♀️ As with any physical practice, please listen to your body and honor your limits. If you have injuries or health concerns, consider consulting a medical professional before practicing.

Thank you for being here — whether this is your first time listening or you’ve been practicing alongside me all year. I’m truly grateful.

  • Yoga Nidra for Deep Rest - because our frazzled nervous systems need a break!
    Jan 16 2026

Welcome to the Spiritually Fit Yoga podcast with Amelia Andaleon and my first episode of 2026!

Make yourself comfortable for this Yoga Nidra for Deep Rest meditation. Lay down. It's a relaxing episode so you may not want to drive while you're listening. If you're driving, please commit to staying awake and alert...or change the channel!

I swear ONCE during the introduction, to acknowledge that it feels like the world is going to sh!t, and to let you know, no matter how much you meditate or do yoga, the chaos and unrest can still get to us. I have consistently been requested to publish sleep and relaxation meditations and yoga practices. Because our nervous systems are frazzled and we could use the support to calm our minds, relax our bodies and soothe our nervous systems.

Thank you for being here — whether this is your first time listening or you’ve been practicing alongside me all year. I’m truly grateful.

    In gratitude,

    Amelia Andaleon

  • 29/30 December Mini-Meditations — The Wisdom You Gained This Year
    Dec 29 2025

Welcome to the Spiritually Fit Yoga podcast with Amelia Andaleon! In Day 29 of our 30-day Mini-Meditation series, you are gently invited to call your energy back home. In this short meditation, we honor your year of wisdom — everything 2025 has taught you, shaped in you, softened in you, strengthened in you.

Wisdom isn’t about perfection or getting everything right.
Wisdom is what you gather from the journey — the lessons, the clarity, the truths that surfaced.

Listen, reflect, meditate, or grab your journal and spend some time with the questions posed in this episode. Don’t rush past acknowledging how much you’ve grown this year. Instead of self-criticism, this meditation asks you to focus on this year’s nuggets of wisdom.

  • 28/30 December Mini-Meditations — Call Your Energy Back
    Dec 28 2025

Welcome to the Spiritually Fit Yoga podcast with Amelia Andaleon! In Day 28 of our 30-days Mini-Meditation series, you are gently invited to call your energy back home. In this short meditation, we explore how our energy can become scattered—through over-giving, unresolved emotions, lingering worries, or attention pulled in too many directions. You’ll be guided to release what no longer needs your energy and consciously reclaim what belongs to you.

This practice is about remembrance—returning to yourself, restoring balance, and reconnecting with your inner steadiness. A grounding practice for anyone feeling depleted, stretched thin, or ready to come back into wholeness.

  • 27/30 December Mini-Meditations — Aparigraha: Unclench Your Hold On Anger and Resentment
    Dec 27 2025

Welcome to the Spiritually Fit Yoga podcast with Amelia Andaleon! In Day 27 of our 30-day Mini-Meditation series, we explore aparigraha, the yogic practice of non-grasping, through the lens of releasing anger and resentment. In this short meditation, you’re invited to notice where holding on—to past hurts, unspoken grievances, or lingering stories—may be creating unnecessary pain, often directed inward.

With gentle awareness, this practice offers space to soften the grip of resentment and recognize that letting go is not about excusing or forgetting, but about freeing yourself from suffering. As we release what weighs heavy, we make room for ease, clarity, and inner freedom. A grounding practice for anyone ready to loosen old burdens and come back to peace.

  • 26/30 December Mini-Meditations — Svadhyaya: Gentle Year-End Reflection
    Dec 26 2025

Welcome to the Spiritually Fit Yoga podcast with Amelia Andaleon! It’s Day 26 of our 30-day mini-meditation series, and we’re wrapping up our finals days of the year in self-reflection. Today we’re exploring svadhyaya — self-study — one of the most beautiful and compassionate yogic practices. And it’s perfect for this time of year. Svadhyaya includes the study of spiritual texts. In this episode we will focus on the self-inquiry aspect of svadhyaya, to listen to your inner wisdom.

Consider grabbing your journal to write down these self-inquiry questions or listen and reflect in meditation.

    Ask yourself:

    1. What did I learn about myself this year?
    2. What am I ready to release from this year?
    3. What am I carrying forward with intention?
