This is the energy update for the 16th to the 22nd of February, 2026 — and I have never encountered a week with so much energy, so much potential for incredible change, and so much potential for heartache. Rapid clarity, rapid change is coming on who stays and who goes in your field, in your relationships, and you are going to be really shown who you’re meant to be running alongside. The really important thing to note about this week is that you can’t unknow what you know, so you must act. This week is a clean slate, a choice point — when you tell the truth here, you don’t just change a week, you open a year where your dreams finally get the scaffolding to build and grow.

This is the last week of January, closing out a staging period where old storylines came back so you could finally deal with them properly. We end the month with a full moon in Leo, which tends to make things very obvious — especially where you are not centred in your own life. You may feel less patient, less willing to negotiate with your past, and less willing to keep explaining yourself — that’s movement and momentum. You are not meant to take your next move right now; you’re meant to decide once and for all what you want and what that means for who you are now. By Sunday, something is complete — like it or not — and the month ends with you back in the centre of your own story.
