I gave the book 4 stars instead if the actual 3 that it deserves because there were 2~3 new perspectives that I hadn't considered before. But overall, the book is just a classic "regain your masculinity"-book, randomly backed by Christian concepts. It's a mix between pop-Jungian psychology and bible-verses. Not very profound.

Rein technisch ist das Audiobook schonmal Spitzenklasse.

Und der Inhalt setzt noch einen oben drauf. Das Buch hat mir viel zu denken gegeben und mir für einiges die Augen geöffnet.
Der Inhalt wird mich noch eine ganze Weile begleiten.

Absolut empfehlenswert das Buch.

If you are into conservative Christianity then this is the book for you. It does provide some guidance on male values and some of it has value but mostly it is just one long reference to bible verse. Being someone who find my spiritual values elsewhere I find this very disturbing. But yeah if you are drinking the koolaid you will love this book.
