I’ve been familiar with Dr. Taylor’s work since her first book and TED talk. And I’ve been deeply moved by those. This latest book however has completely transformed my view of self and other. It is a magnificent work both in profundity and in practice. I couldn’t recommend it more.

This is one of the very few books that display a very simple concept on quite a high level but is applicable to every fine detail in our life when dealing with humans (including ourselves). It is for everyone to understand, since it actually is not that complicated, but yet genius, because it actually fits and explains it all. From my microcosmic every situation in my everyday life up to why humanity evolved into what it is today. I thank Jill Bolte Taylor from the bottom of my heart for sharing this key with us.
