There is a book with this title, and there is this audiobook. I love Dr Wayne and he is one of my favorite speakers. But this audiobook is not really the book read. It´s a seminar or a series of speeches he gave, but he even says "in the book I dedicate a whole chapter to explain techniques...". So, it is about the same theme, but he is not focusing in those solutions.
