This first part of the eldest curses was so interesting. It was kinda wired and funny at the same time, to see everyone how they were around the time of city of glass. Getting to know how alec and magnus started of their relationship, is so bittersweet. It was cute and adoring, to learn that both were so unsure at the beginning, of what the other wants and how the other one might be feeling about all of this. Trying for everything to be perfect, instead of relaxing and see where things were going.
The storyline about the cult was very intriguing and so full of the past, present and a lot of details. I’m curious where the journey take Malec next.

diese Geschichte hat mich von Anfang an gefässelt! Alec und Magnus sind in diesem Band noch in ihrer Anfangsphase und es ist richtig schön dabei zu sein wie sie sich gegenseitig immer mehr lieben lernen.
B.D.Wong ist ein großartiger Sprecher. er ist durchgehend verständlich und hat eine sehr angenehme Stimme!

I liked the book itself, the story was entertaining but at times a little sappy.
The narrator was not my thing though. Every character ends up sounding whiny, the chinese accents are difficult to understand and especially the women sound like they're 12. I think this might have been better as an actual book rather than an audio book.
