Both narrator as well as author make this novel an experience. Never liked Chinese culture but this was Great !

Ich folge Peter May überall hin. Besonders zusammen mit Peter Forbes! Nach den Schottland Büchern wollte ich eigentlich nicht nach China (sondern mehr von Schottland), aber nun ist klar dass ich dem Rest der China Serie auch hören muss!

After reading Lewis trilogy I was excited to start a new series. I was disappointed by the cliché characters and plot reveal and ending.
The narrator is great.
