As a predominantly non fiction reader, I was often a little annoyed at the lack of sources offered for more of the "new-agey", "woo-woo" stuff. Sure there's a lot to be said for the anecdotal evidence, but having sources? Brilliant!

Science finally caught up(?)

The optic was very interesting and has me to reevaluate my beliefs about so many things. I will definitely listen to it again after I’ve taken the time to improve some of my beliefs and practices. The speaker was great as well, highly recommend!
