I enjoyed the book very much, it’s a great help and shows different ways and techniques to achieve the own goals.

Concise and inspiring

I can't argue much about the points made in the book. Zen Buddhism gets its usual appearance, don't be afraid to make mistakes, form habits through combining them with something positive etc. but I've read a couple of similar books now and this one didn't really cover it in depth (how could it in three hours?)
