I came here from the rotten mango podcast and wow what a story.. it makes it even more emotional cause the author himself is reading it! Amazing how he survived all of what had happened to him in a time mental health wasn’t a thing yet. But the story also makes me sad, cause it shows how strong the patriarchy still is. So many women have the same story but aren’t free like him..
