I'm not generally a fan of the biker trope but I got stuck on this novel.

The performance by both narrators is excellent!

The plot of nurse-loves-criminal-with-heart-of-gold is reasonably well executed. Yes, the whole thing has its cringey moments but it's entertaining overall. The FMC has some sass to her and the MMC is alpha but not a caveman.

I liked it enough to check out the second installment in the series.

Really enjoyed the narrators, the story is solid and a little dark at times (check TWs beforehand), the romance & the spice work.

so i listened to the book waaaaay back, like 7 or 8 years ago?

Its charming at times and I can see myself still check our jase's and reapers book, but it wasnt very good. Halfway through i was way pissed i spend money on this.

Its a trashy biker romance book, its not gonna be the highlight of your year, but if you like light and breezy, you might enjoy it
