I don't expect romance authors to stick to reality all the time. But listening to this makes me a bit uncomfortable when I think about the people who are to young or inexperienced to know any better.
There are unrealistic things, like an almighty Mafia Boss who everyone loves, but what drove me over the edge where the the things that could actually hurt people.
It's not OK to let someone have that much power over you, to the extent of marriage without you having any say in it.
It's also not advisable to have anal sex without protection, if you don't want some nasty infection on your dick. Not to mention the fact that you can get really hurt if your holes aren't properly stretched before something big gets shoved in there.
And and as if hurting yourself isn't worse enough, please protect your unborn baby by not drinking any alcohol while being pregnant.
So if you just want some daddy/baby girl sex scenes with lots of pain play to get off to, go for it.
