Für Meghan und Harry Fans muss es sehr schwierig sein, das Buch durchzuhören, da tatsächlich der Sarkasmus und Zynismus "very audible" ist.
Als deutschsprachige Person, war es streckenweise sehr anspruchsvoll alles zu verstehen.

Excellent. Tom Bower provides a very detailed description of Meghan Markles life and exposes all her lies about her life. Furthermore, he explains her motives and methods to play being the victim of monarchy, on the one hand, and to try cashing out her relation with it, on the other hand.

Insightful, well-researched, and nicely narrated

Interessant in viele Richtungen geschrieben. Was vorher nur Gerüchte waren, sind nun bestätigte Fakten. Mein persönliches Highlight ist die sarkastische Stimme des Lesers wenn er Meghan zitiert.

I really enjoyed listening to this book by Tom Bower. He sets out the life and upbringing of both Harry and Meghan, their contrived meeting and explosion of their whirlwind love affair that resulted in Harry ostracising himself from friends and then family. It highlights a key issue of racial sensitivity that our generation is confronted with and shows the challenges involved in manoeuvring and representing the truth in an environment where there could possibly be racism or where there is an accusation of such. It must be much easier to write a biography when someone is actually dead and there is a finality to their complete life. There is almost a cliffhanger to this book because the next steps or moves in the complex chess game played by the Sussexes to outflank and out-manoeuvre the Royal Family are not known, apart from their recent Netflix documentary. One can’t help thinking that they will soon run out of ideas, energy and motivation to keep a hate campaign against family running once they stop being paid to do so.

Well read and also well written, providing insight into the royal struggle.

Chapter 43 is missing!!! Where did it go???

Overall for those who have followed the drama that is Meghan -no real true new drastic revelations are revealed.. it is non the less a very gripping read (cough listen; cause audiobook) & it is absolutely wonderful & fantastic how Tom put it all together.. at the least to remind us the crazy that are Meghan & Harry & all they have done. I was hoping he'd go into more detail reg where Meghans Mother was during her upbringing; address some of the rumors & oddities of (example: wearing different sized preggo bellies); to the insane Meghatiers online troll farms they pay for, to try to ensure positive coverage at all times; or what happened to her British wardrobe Charles paid for.. so many things left out; makes me wonder if there will be a 2nd book?! I am sure there is enough material left right now to write it. Well we all can dream. As said I highly recommend this book- I couldnt stop listening to it, fevering the entire time for his next words in total suspense & deffo will buy the actual book as well. So glad I got it on audio; so I can get work done while listening to it again& again.
