Zwar mit deutlich spürbarem US-Amerikanischem Farbton, dennoch sehr gute und stimmige Ansätze dazu, was nachhaltiger Kulturwandel und -aufbau braucht: Klarheit, ausprobieren, Feedback, Justierung und dann weiter... wichtigste Zutaten: Durchhaltevermögen und Energie um alles immer und immer zu bekräftigen, damit die Bewegung nicht einschläft.

The author makes some great points that could be applied anywhere (e. g. radical honesty in the workplace)

But many of her arguments would not hold up in either an early stage company/startup or in a non Silicon Valley or otherwise truly tech driven environment. And probably also not blue collar.
