I don't often read books twice but this one I could start again right now. Fry is witty, funny and entertaining which makes the profound wisdom in this book so strong.

Simply the best audiobook I have had the pleasure of enjoying in the last months if not years. Fry's genious as an observer, writer and voice actor is hard to discribe, just has to be experienced.

beautifully written, I think it is one of the best light reads I had in a good while. Listening to the audio book narrated by Fry is a whole new level. I have recommended it to 2 people i know, very picky readers indeed, and we're still friends so that's a good sign 😁

Beautiful and Fryfull

Anfangs war ich etwas verwirrt von der Erzählung in der Erzählung da ich vorab nicht gelesen hatte worum es geht. Es wurde jedoch schnell klar für mich und die Geschichte entfaltete sich spannend.
Durch das Abwechseln der Sprecher ist es auch deutlich in welchem Teil der Geschichte man sich gerade befindet.
Die Sprecher sind angenehm anzuhören und entgegen anderen Rezensionen finde ich die Aussprache der deutschen Wörter nicht schlimmer als die meisten deutschsprachigen Englisch aussprechen ;-)
