Unerwarteter Weise ist es eins der besten Bücher, die ich seit langem gelesen habe. Es war in vielerlei Hinsicht ein Augenöffner nicht nur bezüglich der abnehmen Pille, sondern auch bezüglich Lebensmittelindustrie und gleichzeitig unglaublich leicht zu lesen. Der Auto hat gut recherchiert und macht das Buch so unglaublich greifbar mit seinem Storytelling sehr empfehlenswert.

i originally wanted to hear this book because I was considering wether I should suggest GLP-1 drugs to a severely overweight friend. However I was pleasently surprised to see the various different topics covered by this book, starting with the root causes of our debilitating health and increasing waistlines accross almost all industrialized countries, the dangers and risks associated with ozempic and what it means for our societies, our bodies, our children, etc. the objective of this book seems to be to lay the problems and benefits all out without actually giving an answer as too what must be done. In this, the author was extremely successful and I will probably also check out other books he has published. very informative and entertaining. would recommend 👌

best book to read/hear if you are struggling with weight and dont know why
