The first few chapters the narrator keeps clicking her tongue and throughout the story sounds so bored and detached. The protagonist Meg is annoyingly needy and has little personality, Johnny the mega star is totally narcissistic and manipulative. I found it hard to sympathise with either plus the whiney voice. Several times I almost gave up listening - what a waste of time
