I absolutely loved this book. It is well written, researched and structured. Especially detailed description of each tactic, and the personal responses were very enlightening to me. Thank you Dr Simon for changing my perception and sharpening my understanding and therefore changing my life for the better :)
P.S.: a super great book for anyone in or coming out of abusive relationships with partners, family or coworkers.

Ich hab es sehr genossen und fand es sehr aufschlussreich Dr. Simons Charakterisierung der Typen zu hören. Jedoch ist mir sehr aufgefallen das sein Geschlecht, als weißer Cis Mann, seine Schreibweise und Perspektiven begleiten. Auszugehen das Frauen und Männer das gleiche psychologische Make-Up haben ist nicht richtig. Und in welchen Kontexten Männer psychische Gewalt ausüben ist anders zu wie Frauen das tun. Selbst an den Beispielen kann man sehen das nur eine Frau als CPD genannt wurde und ein Mädchen. Der Rest war und ist Männer. Das nicht zu betiteln finde ich fehlerhaft.

just a collection of bullet points with occasional cheesy, unidentifiable stories about middle class white Americans from a time long, long ago. Speakers voice sounded like a talking clock, although it was very amusing hearing him do women's and children's voices- I laughed out loud on the train. if you are dumb enough to be helped by this glorified kids book, then you are in big trouble. the manipulators of this world will eat you for breakfast!
