Vom Winde verweht, oder vielleicht eher von Karma landet unser Protagonist in einer neuen Welt voller Magie und arroganter junger Master.
Ich möchte nicht viel vorne weg nehmen, aber vielleicht als teaser so viel.
Immortality starts with Generosity hat eine kreative eingebaute Mechanik durch die sich Chen Haoran (unser Hauptcharakter) von seinen Mitmenschen unterscheidet.
Die Geschichte ist ausgezeichnet geschrieben, sehr interessant, spaßig, teils lustig und überaus kreativ. Vorallem die politische Intrigen sind sehr spannend.
Der Erzähler/Sprecher macht seinen Job auch echt
gut obwohl ich andere englischsprachige Sprecher wie z.B. Travis Baldree bevorzuge.
Alles in allem ist diese Serie gut dabei einer der zu werden die ich am meisten dieses Jahr genieße.
Klare Empfehlung.

It's a well written story, but given the premise, I expected kindness to be a major theme. Not so. Everyone, including the main character is a sociopathic asshole. The one saving grace here is that they are occasionally funny assholes.
