    Tut gut

    Das Buch hilft sich selbst ein wenig besser zu verstehen und zu akzeptieren. Mit den Tipps und Übungen kann man bestimmt auf Dauer mehr Lebensqualität erreichen. Ich hab es sehr gern gehört

    It’s a good book, well written

    It’s a good book and well written. However as I have read some of her other books and a lot of her YouTube videos... there’s not much new stuff on this book. But all in all a definite recommendation!

    Nice book but not what the title promises

    I don't know. The author gave advice on how to loose weight (eat like a caveman!) and how to get more done. That doesn't tell me I'm enough but that I need to do more to be enough. Nice book for self-improvement but not the right content for self-love for me. Pleasant speaker though.
