Gotrek and Felix books are great but this ... it is not easy to follow with all that unnecessary background sounds. A lot of names places and things are mentioned without any explanation! I am really sad that they abandoned the old series for this mockery of a Gotrek and Felix story!

I loved all the other Gotrek and Felix Audiobooks as well as the other GW Works with Rawlings and Keeble, but could not bear this one. Brian Blessed sounds like a drunk silly OTT Operasinger, not Gotrek. Going for silly funny is fine (i.e. C. Cain), but jere it just appears pöai stupid. Superlative Words are simply joined together to make everthing appear EPIC without reason. Stories are disjointed extracts without ending so you developed neither an interest in the (somewhat overarching) storyline, nor the characters. Tried for the first 7 hours but then gave up.
