For someone who is a fan of the original Dresden files some of the fighting scenes may be too extensive and there are definitely too many of them.
Also: too many new characters
However, the story telling was ok and it's a good spin to the story.
I was wondering how it would be kept going.

Much more action and less typically Dresden

After the twist at the end of the last book I was very curious as to how the story would continue. I was somewhat shocked but also pleasantly suprisef. This story is a very nice look at things from the other side and a drastic change to the Universum as a whole. especially when he sees Molly , I almost had to cry. But all of it fits well. Mortimer and his companions are finally shown in a more detailed way which is also nice. another very good Dresden story. Marsters, of course, convinces again with superb reading.

the story and the voice of James Marsters. I love to lay in bed and listen to the stories of Harry Dresden. James always takes me with him on a new adventure. His voice brings Dresden to life.

Most memorable moment is the end of course. But the best thing: I forgot it! so it's only the feeling that says apparently. I reread it and it was fresh as before. I loved it.

but IT had been better before. on the other Hand it might be exactly that Kind of break the series has needed
