Very long book, at least it felt that way. I enjoyed having interesting switch and turn of events. Though this series will be more easygoing but now looking forward what else it can bring

Ruby Dixon liefert mit Fire in His Kiss eine gelungene Mischung aus Romantik, apokalyptischer Science Fiction und Fantasy. Die Charaktere sind sehr sympathisch und ihre inneren Konflikte, vor allem in Bezug auf ihre Ängste und Wünsche, werden eindrucksvoll verarbeitet. Allerdings zieht sich die Geschichte für meinen Geschmack stellenweise durch zahlreiche erotische Szenen etwas in die Länge, was den Lesefluss etwas bremst, meine Gedanken sind zwischendurch abgeschweift - daher einen Stern Abzug.
