Über diesen Titel
Lucid Dreaming - conscious awareness during the dream state - is an exhilarating experience. Because the world you are experiencing is one of your own creation, you can do the impossible and consciously influence the outcome of your dreams.
Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming goes far beyond the confines of pop dream psychology, establishing a scientifically researched framework for using lucid dreaming. Based on Dr. Stephen LaBerge's extensive laboratory work at Stanford University mapping mind/body relationships during the dream state, as well as the teachings of Tibetan dream yogis and the work of other scientists, including German psychologist Paul Tholey, this practical book will show you how to use your dreams to:
- Solve problems
- Gain greater confidence
- Improve creativity
- And more
The techniques you'll learn in this exciting book will make your nightly dream journeys more enjoyable, increase your understanding of yourself, and make you realize that the possibilities of expanding consciousness are far greater than you might think.

The techniques named are not his, The named techniques could fit less than 20 pages.
And sure he remembers a dream each night, lucid dreams whenever he wants but doesn´t notice the girl in his dream has 4 eyes. This author is around 70% full of excrement.
He doesnt even describe the different spaces you can dream into, not how to recognize them, what you can do where, nothing. The dreams he describes sound scripted and lack the weirdness and depth seen there.
By the amount of bragging he does about lucid dreaming you would expect more, than him realizing lucid dreaming as an adult, waking his wife, as a child after that just ignoring what he told.
So what insights did you get if you got that deep? none, just bragging, doesnt mention the physics of light is different, doesnt explain others.
At this point i am wondering how many times he repeated the same thing.
He mentions dozens of dreams yet not one interresting or peculiar detail than what you´d hear from a commercial, goddamn liar doesnt show anything if you dont show the dreams, the data, So many contradictory and untruthful things.
Wasting my time
