You have to try it to believe it
Ive fallen asleep may times listening to this... and somehow the author and speaker knows this will happen.. and somehow you are guided in your sleep. Ive tried almost all the lucid dreaming books here, and there is no other like this one.

Hatte seine längen
Die ersten Kapitel sind sehr interessant, aber nach den geführten Meditation hat es sich etwas gezogen, am Ende wurde es für mich wieder interessanter.
Habe wohl auch als letztes Buch waking up von Sam Harris und andere ähnliche gehört, welche sich teilweise auch mit Buddhismus auseinander setzen, vielleicht war das der Grund das es für mich hätte kompakter sein können.
Aber die Verbindung luzides Träumen und Buddhismus ist sehr interessant, würde es empfehlen.

Andrew Holecek finde ich sehr inspirierend. Beginnend mit seiner angenehmen Stimme und seinem gelassenen Vortragsstil, über sein unglaublich breites Wissen und Erfahrung bis zu der unauslotbar tiefen Vielschichtigkeit dessen, was er vermittelt.
