    "There is science behind it but.."

    Certainly I learned a lot about brain functions etc. and it was quite interesting my major issue though is that nutrition wise the meal planning speaks a lot against what nutritionist and also the WHO recommend by now. Don't get me wrong, 3 meals a day, totally with you, but the calorie intake in the first phase is just way too low and not made to fit every person (like same amount of calories for a 300 lbs and a 200 lbs woman???). The author says that fast weightloss is not bad and can be sustainable, but the result of fast weightloss is loose skin and muscle loss, things that don't make life to happy afterwards. Plus no mention of doing sports after the weightloss whatsoever... Like seriously? Skinny and no muscles is not healthy either... And while sugar really can make you depressed (and cutting it out is a wise decision, totally with you, Susan!) activity and regular sport are proven anti-depressants! So while you are at it adding new habits, why not add that, too? Still the tips and tricks are really helpful, I just will not use the diet like recommended by Susan!

    "und es hat "Klick" gemacht!"

    Dr. Thompson hat mich überzeugt.
    Mit ihrer Stimme, ihrem Werk, den Fakten. Sie liest ihr Buch selber, ungekürzt. Ich habe mir die neun Stunden so gut wie am Stück angehört und mich am nächsten begonnen nach den "Bright Lines" zu ernähren.
    Und siehe da - ich bin dabei geblieben, und heute, 73 Tage später, bin ich bereits 18 kg leichter!
