Der Anfang ist echt nicht gut gelungen, war sehr ermüdend, vor allem warum schwört er keinen Bluteid um die Geschichte um Serra zu bekräftigen. Macht halt wenig Sinn wenn es solch einfache Möglichkeit gibt seine Geschichte zu bestätigen, damit hätte man sich diesen Ganzen ermüdenden Kram sparen können und das Ganze etwas interessanter gestalten können...

I really enjoyed the previous books and obviously like the speaker. However, there are some parts of the story which simply doesn't make sense. The whole plot of the first quarter is build on these logical holes in the story.
To give you an example, which any mindful reader will ask themselves in the very first 10 minutes of the book:
Why did they not perform a blood oath to convince their prisoners that they are innocent?
In the previous books, they used this often enough.. This creates a stupid tension on which the book is build on. It just doesn't make any sense to me.
