Über diesen Titel

The Netherworld: it is a hellish landscape inhabited only by demons, creatures born from the dark abyss. It is also the only world Salvos knows.

Joining the ranks of newborn demons, Salvos is thrown into the violent, anarchy-ruled landscape of that world. To survive, she will have to learn, she will have to adapt, and she will have to evolve. She will gain experience to reach new Levels of power.

Her curiosity aids her but her pride could be her fall. It is the nature of the Netherworld to avoid or conquer any threats faced. After all, the law of evolution is survival of the fittest, and Salvos is a survivor. And perhaps, eventually, she will leave this world behind for a better place. But is that what she even wants?

Salvos is a monster evolution litRPG series that follows the adventures of a Demon girl. It is set inside a game-like world with classes and levels, but it is not inside the world of a video game.

A lit-rpg from a Demons perspective is something new. All the statistics feel a bit unneeded though as these numbers dont really have much meaning. The start is quite slow, with the main character looking at rocks for quite some time.
The main character is a bit annoying at times, but i think that is intentional.
Sentences like "I didn't know what Identify ment, but now i knew it was used to Identify things" are a bit weird.
I also thing is is a silly choice for characters to yell out the name of the skill they are about to use.

But it was fun enough to listen to the end.

The discribtion of the ascent of the mind of a new born demon to an full fleshed Character is done so damn well.
Sure it is slow in the beginning, but that just makes this chance more vivit.

Great work of the voice actor too. You instantly now wich Charakter speaks and feels.

Dises Buch ist brilliant geschrieben mit einer guten Story und einem wirklich sympathisch Hauptcharakter.
Gepart mit einer genialen Sprächerin die die Story, für einen selbst, zum Leben erweckt.
Das Buch ist sehr hörenswert und ich kanns kaum erwarten bis der zweite Teil als Hörbuch rauskommt. :)

leider kann ich der Hauptcharakterin nicht abgewinnen. Geistiger stand einer 1-2 jährigen ( was in der Geschichte auch erklärt wird), dadurch kennt sie die Welt nicht und muss alles nachfragen. Stört mich persönlich sehr. werde mir den 2 Teil nicht mehr kaufen

Es ist ein Anfang, mehr kann man schon fast nicht sagen. Man bekommt ein Konzept nach dem anderen um die Ohren gehauen während einem die Welt erklärt wird. Die größte Frechheit daran ist wohl das man diese 10h aus gekoppelt und als eigenes Buch verpackt hat, weil echt auch nicht viel passiert. Mal sehen ob es sich im zweiten Teil steigert.

somehow I even listened through the second book. wanted to give it a chance. there was potential in the idea.

the mc is a petty, vindictive, needy and gaslighting aspiring princess. bickering and immature interactions with the teletubby-iq characters around her make most of the books content.

personally I find nothing enjoyable about that. wonder who would.

character creation, story, world building, coherence and general language are very very poor. even by litRPG standards. and I'm not expecting much...
