I really enjoyed the story. And I of course loved the narration very much; perfect match!

I liked the storyline and the character development (though sometimes a bit predictable and at times I sisterly wanted to smack them on the back of the head). Their connection is just beautiful and wholesome. BUT unfortunately there where 2-3 chapters in the middle that felt like the authors had already finished writing the rest of the book but didn't quite know how to write the missing transition to the next big milestone without running out of space or time. Quite rushed, pretty over the top, no real emotional depth, almost mechanical. I thought it was a real pity! Because I really liked the rest of the book! Good narration, too!

While there is SOME drama and the book can make me sweat over one person being late this is a really great book to relax. It is sweet and funny and a perfect slow burn for me.
