Secrets always have a price, and sometimes, you're not the one to pay it.
Arthur Ward is no stranger to loss. Life has taken from him time and time again. With the descent of the Grand System, he almost believed things might have changed. Unfortunately, the world is not so kind a place.
Arthur finally knows why he's been struggling so much with his magic, and the answer reveals a fate more dire than anything he could have ever imagined. Ether is the least of his worries when death itself looms on the horizon, the destruction of his very being.
Taken under the tutelage of the enigmatic Alyssia Sil' Vorken, does the Locus of Power contain the means of his salvation, or will it lead him to an early grave? The crucible awaits.
Success or failure.
Death or survival.
Arthur must make himself anew or break like the many who came before him.
This is the third book in a LitRPG fantasy series with 800,000 views on Royal Road. Perfect for fans of Defiance of the Fall, The Primal Hunter, and Road to Mastery!
Expect an MC with multiple magic affinities, Muay Thai, a combination of human progression mixed with monster core consumption, title collection, and no harem.

Very descriptive, in combat as well as skill development. And hey, Why so much 'if's'? I wanna listen to what happens not the thought stream of possibilities that runs through the main character mind...
Also to much bad humour. And a sudden too loud voice play by the speaker, at least sometimes.
I personally really dislike the Alicia character and her voice... So it comes down to my personal likes. But that's way, just 3 stars...sorry.
Colorful and descriptive, though way too much of it
