perfect

I can't rate it less. it covers everything so well structured and in detail. as well you get a lot of material online to make theory use for yourself in practice. this is the book I was searching for to become a bit better every day and that book gave me more than I expected. Eine Wiederholung von man schon weiss

Das Buch ist doch gut. Gute Beispiele über wie man seine Habits ändern kann. Alles was er sagt ist eigentlich logisch aber mit seine Erklärungen versteht man besser was passiert in unserem Gehirn vor, während und nachdem wir Gewohnheiten viererholen

Top Buch

Der Sprecher ist top, leider sind die Satzanfänge teilweise abgehackt, was die Hörqualität beeinträchtigt.
Ich kann das Buch jedem empfehlen, der an sich arbeiten will. Aber Achtung, man muss selbst den ersten Schritt tun!
