Soothing and helping to understand yourself
I listen to this book over and over. I have bookmarked many places, and listen to some of them when I am feeling really down and lost, and to others when I am uneasy and restless, and to others again when I am feeling good, to get connected more deeply with my inner parts.
The author very well describes the range the personalities the inner team members can take on, making it easy to identify your own inner team.
She also talks about the influence of micro-traumata, and of the value of a sensitive mind. She offers questions to ponder about, and exercises to find more inner balance by adding another part to the inner constellation.
And all is coated in the soothing voice of a comforting good speaker.
You can listen to this book 'just' as a beautiful audio book, or use it as a workbook to get a tiny winy bit closer to healing your traumata.
I have done the exercises several times, but still draw back from answering the question at the end of the chapters in full depth.
