Über diesen Titel
The summer bestseller from the immensely popular Lindsey Kelk
Tess Brookes has always been a Girl with a Plan. But when the Plan goes belly up, she’s forced to reconsider.
After accidently answering her flatmate Vanessa’s phone, she decides that since being Tess isn’t going so well, she might try being Vanessa. With nothing left to lose, she accepts Vanessa’s photography assignment to Hawaii – she used to be an amateur snapper, how hard can it be? Right?
But Tess is soon in big trouble. And the gorgeous journalist on the shoot with her, who is making it very clear he’d like to get into her pants, is an egotistical monster. Far from home and in someone else’s shoes, Tess must decide whether to fight on through, or ‘fess up and run…

The narrator has a besutiful voice and does a good job when reading the main character. But all the other charscters are absolutely horrible. It was so annoying ad difficult to listen to. The women all talk in overly high pitched voices, very fast and over dramatic. It is just like trying too hard. Like the best friend who is machinegun-screamtalking all the time! It is not only unnerving, but does not fit the description of the characters. Like a woman who had a significant beautiful voice, then she starts speaking and is all screachy! Men voices are worse! Nasal, muffling and again too theatralic. Imagine a guy, all hot and sexy and smart, and then he starts talking an all magic is gone. A voice of someone extremely nasal, indigant, like painfully constipated 80 years old buttle from the 18th century.
Not sure if this is the narrator, or if this was the director who wanted it that way. But then, why?
Fun story but horrible narration
