But why the police are involved when an adult wanders off on their own accord, I simply do not understand.
I doubt there's a country in the world which would spend tax money on sending that person home.
What also has me wondering is how a person who constantly makes wrong decisions and is obviously extremely silly is being portrayed as a "front line officer". If Ffion had slightly more brains, the story would be more credible. The writer obviously wants to portrait her as a normal person with normal flaws. Instead you listen to the audiobook shaking your head constantly.
