• Ep #101 - From “Ick” to Integrity: Rewriting Your Sales Story with Meg
    Feb 18 2026

Selling doesn’t have to feel grubby. In this honest, practical chat with sales expert Meg Roundell Greene, we unpick the stories that make so many women feel “ick” about selling—and rebuild a values-led approach rooted in integrity, service and impact.

You’ll hear how to reframe sales as a loving invitation to change (not manipulation), and why seeing it as an exchange of value—in their favour—shifts everything. We also talk making the intangible tangible in coaching, the money mindset myths that keep women small, and how to “sell yourself” confidently for pay rises and promotions.

    In this episode, you’ll learn:

    • A simple reframe to turn sales shame into integrity.
    • How to make your value concrete so buyers can see it.
    • Why money mindset and selling must be worked on together.
    • A quick win: find the “no-brainer” price you can actually sell today.

If you’re a busy working woman who cares deeply about your work and your people, this one’s for you—no fluff, no hard sell, just grounded tools to help you show up with courage and clarity. And if you want support to rewrite your sales story (with heart and backbone), book a free clarity call via my site. 💛

  • Ep #100 - The 100th Episode: The One Thing That Changes Everything
    Feb 12 2026

In my 100th episode, I’m stripping it right back to the one thing that changes everything: you have a choice.

Not over the weather, your boss or the partners or kids’ mood… but over what you believe and how you feel. Your thoughts aren’t facts, and once you see that, you get your power back.

I'll separate fact from story, name that noisy primal brain, and choose responses that are deliberate and appropriate—not performative “positivity”.

    In this episode

    • The 1a / 1b of choice: choose what to believe, and choose how to feel—on purpose.
    • Thoughts are not facts (court-of-law test) and why your brain’s first go to is usually nonsense.
    • Why “stop thinking negatively” is the wrong goal—and what to do instead.
    • Guilt, shame, anxiety: understanding these emotions are harmless (even when they feel awful).
    • Practical time example: choosing presence over perfection, help over heroics.

    Try this week

When your brain offers a dramatic sentence, pause and ask: “Is this a fact—or a story?” If it’s a story, decide what you want to believe instead, or choose an emotion that’s appropriate (not necessarily “positive”). Then act from there.

If this landed, please rate and review—it helps other working women find these tools. And if you’re ready to learn the skill of choice and emotional resilience, let’s talk. It will change how you experience your life (and help you get more done with less drama).

  • Ep #99 - Lead With Love (Even When You’re Pissed Off)
    Feb 4 2026

Love isn’t fluffy. It’s a powerful leadership strategy - especially when you’re fuming.

In this short, straight-talking episode, I break down the difference between emotional childhood and emotional adulthood, why your primitive brain loves to jump into defence mode, and how to regulate first so your message actually lands.

Expect practical, compassionate tools you can use with your team and at home - because leading humans starts with leading yourself.

    What we cover:

    • The undercurrent that derails tough conversations (ego, self-doubt, frustration) and how to interrupt it.
    • Emotional adulthood 101: taking responsibility for your feelings so you can respond, not react.
    • “Love sometimes sounds like no”: why boundaries from love are more effective than control.
    • A calm-first approach to emails, performance chats and parenting moments.

If this resonates, come to my February Lunch & Learn: Lead With Love—a deeper dive into emotional management for real-world leadership.

👉 If you found this helpful, follow the show, leave a review, and share it with a friend who’s having “that” conversation this week.

  • Ep #98 - Discomfort on Purpose: What a 7-Day Fast Taught Me
    Jan 28 2026

Brave, calm, and a little bit hungry. In this episode I share why I chose a 7-day fast and what sitting in deliberate discomfort taught me about control, calm, and getting life done without the constant rush. We talk practical planning (decisions made ahead of time = peace), how to meet urges with compassion, and why women should consider their cycle and hormones if they choose to fast. This isn’t about perfection or punishment — it’s about self-trust, clarity and creating ease on purpose.

    In this episode:

    • Why “discomfort on purpose” builds confidence (and how to do it safely)
    • The mindset that makes fasting (or any hard thing) simpler
    • Planning ahead so your future self has an easier day
    • Urges, triggers and the skill of pausing without drama
    • Women’s hormones, cycles and why context matters
    • Kindness, always: doing hard things without the self-bullying

    Take this with you:

    • You don’t need to be comfortable to be okay.
    • Decide once, support yourself often.
    • Compassion beats willpower, every time.

Note: This episode is for inspiration only. NOT educational and NOT medical advice. I'm purely sharing my experience. If you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, have a history of disordered eating, or any medical condition, please speak to your GP first before fasting. It isn't for everyone.

If this helped, share it with a friend who’s feeling overwhelmed.

  • Ep #97 - Beyond Bereavement: The Losses We Don’t Name with Bonnie Grotjahn
    Jan 23 2026

Grief isn’t just about death. It’s the identity you lose when your role changes, the body you don’t recognise after illness, the relationship that quietly ends, the career you outgrow. In this honest, human conversation, psychotherapist Bonnie Grotjahn and I unpack the unspoken losses busy women carry while trying to keep everyone else happy.

    We cover:

    • The many forms of grief we’re not taught to name (health, identity, relationships, work)
    • Why “I should be fine by now” keeps you stuck — and what to do instead
    • Mixed emotions: feeling relief and sadness, love and anger
    • Practical, nervous-system-soothing tools for the days you’re overwhelmed
    • How to ask for (and accept) support without feeling guilty
    • Ways to show up for a friend in grief without fixing or faffing

This one’s for you if you’re spinning plates at work and at home, and you’re tired of pretending you’re “ok” when you’re anything but. You’re not broken. You’re human. Let’s give your experience a name, some space, and a few grounded steps forward.

Gentle note: We talk candidly about loss and bereavement. Take care of yourself and pause if you need to.

  • Ep #96 - Welcome to 2026: Easing In, Not Hustling
    Jan 7 2026

Welcome to 2026 — the unhurried edition. January, for me, is for hunkering down: blankets, films and honest reflection. In this episode, I share how I review 2025 (what worked, what I’m grateful for) and why tiny, conscious shifts beat big dramatic overhauls. We explore faith in uncertain times (yes, the real-life stuff with Johnny’s job), how your primitive brain resists change, and the skills that let you manage your mind and emotions without white-knuckling it.

I’m calling in 20 new 1:1 clients this year — women who know there’s more for them and are ready to learn how to create it, without the rush or the guilt.

    We cover:

    • Reflection before resolutions
    • Conscious change → unconscious ease
    • Courage over comfort (for real life, not Instagram)
    • When therapy/CBT helped… but you still feel stuck
    • What coaching actually does

  • Ep #95 - The Best Gift This Christmas? Your Presence (Not the Presents)
    Dec 17 2025

Feeling pulled in a thousand directions, lists multiplying, brain whirring? This honest, no-fluff episode is your permission slip to ditch the perfectionism and choose what actually matters. I share three simple, doable practices to help you enjoy Christmas (and your life) a whole lot more: be present, be the best version of you, and be kind to yourself.

    In this episode

    • Presence over presents: How to redirect a busy brain back to the moment (again and again) so your people feel you with them.
    • The best version of you: Why unconditional love sometimes sounds like “no”, and how to set boundaries without the guilt or drama.
    • Self-kindness: Talking to yourself like you talk to your best mate, making choices your future self will thank you for, and dropping the optional extra stress when things aren’t “perfect”.

    You’ll learn

    • Practical scripts to bring your attention back—gently, without judgement.
    • What to do when you’ve said yes but don’t really want to (resentment is not festive).
    • How to hold space for tougher emotions at Christmas—sadness, anxiety, disappointment—without piling on shame.
    • A kinder way to handle “imperfections” (overcooked spuds, missing items, imperfect tables… no one’s dying; it’s fine).

    Try this this week

    1. Pick one daily moment to practise presence (meal, film, walk). When your mind wanders: “Thanks, brain—back to here.”
    2. Decide one loving boundary in advance and stick to it.
    3. Choose one kind thought you’ll say to yourself on repeat.

I’m fully switching off over the holidays—no email, no socials—and I’d love you to try the same. The world will keep turning. I’ll see you on the other side in 2026. Have the calmest, kindest, most present Christmas you can practise. 🎄

  • Ep #94 - Sobriety, Shame & Somatics: Real Talk with Men’s Coach Patrick Fox
    Dec 10 2025

This week I’m joined by my friend and fellow coach, Patrick Fox—men’s life and sober coach— for an honest, practical conversation about emotions, sobriety, and why “feeling it” is the fastest way through.

Patrick shares his journey to eight years alcohol-free, how identity shifts start small (hello, One Year No Beer), and the somatic tools from Compassionate Inquiry that help you let emotions move without buying into the old “I’m not good enough” script.

We dig into urges, shame, and that rinse-repeat cycle, plus how to model healthy emotional processing for our kids and partners. Expect zero fluff, lots of compassion, and plenty you can try today—especially if you’re a busy woman juggling work, family and the constant pressure to keep everyone happy.

    You’ll learn:

    • A simpler way to process feelings: feel it without believing it
    • Quick somatic check-ins to get out of your head and into your body
    • How small commitments become lasting identity shifts
    • Why curiosity and compassion beat self-judgement every time

🎧 Bonus: I’ll share a recording of my own CI session with Patrick so you can see the process in action. Check it out after this episode.
