  • Addressing Rigidity
    Dec 1 2025

Hey it's Corie! You can now send me a text! With a comment or question that I can address on the next episode xox

This week, I’m unpacking some realizations about my own rigidity—especially around routines, self-care, and the belief that structure is the only thing keeping me afloat. For so long I’ve associated strict habits with success, but lately I’ve noticed a fear underneath it all… a fear that if I’m not constantly preparing for the future, I won’t be able to handle what’s ahead. In this episode, I share how some of my “healthy” routines have slowly turned into pressure and self-punishment, and what it feels like to loosen that grip.

I’m also sharing some exciting personal updates: my brand-new job and a big milestone for Brian, River and I, as we move toward home ownership.

And finally—a little sneak peek into what’s coming in 2026 👀

It’s a reflective, honest, forward-looking episode, and I’m so glad you’re here for it.

  • Living in Contradictions: Finding Safety in Life’s Ebbs and Flows
    Sep 23 2025

Hey it's Corie! You can now send me a text! With a comment or question that I can address on the next episode xox

In this episode, I open up about my struggle with self-judgment, perfectionism, and the discomfort of living with contradictions. How do we honor both joy and hardship at the same time? How do we find safety when life is always shifting and unpredictable? I share personal reflections on anxiety, attachment, and the deep human longing for consistency — and why learning to embrace change (even in small ways) can expand our capacity for growth and connection.

  • An offering: Metta Meditation
    Aug 27 2025

Hey it's Corie! You can now send me a text! With a comment or question that I can address on the next episode xox

In this episode, I’m offering a simple metta (loving-kindness) meditation—one that I’ve been practicing consistently and have found to be a grounding resource in my own life. While this practice is especially meaningful for people pleasers, it’s also just a beautiful reminder for anyone who wants to pause, breathe, and send a little compassion inward.

Metta begins with ourselves: learning to wish for our own safety, happiness, health, and ease. From there, we can extend that same kindness outward, with more balance and authenticity.

If you’d like to explore more meditations, I highly recommend Aditi Shah’s guided metta practices on the Peloton app. You can try them (and all the classes) free for 60 days with my link:
