    Dr. Shabita Teja is a licensed naturopathic physician and pharmacist offering holistic, evidence-informed care at the Boucher Naturopathic Clinic and Polo Health & Longevity Centre. With degrees in both pharmaceutical sciences from UBC and naturopathic medicine from the Boucher Institute, Dr. Teja bridges conventional and natural therapies to support patients in achieving lasting wellness.

    As a previous clinic owner at Sinclair Wellness Centre, her compassionate clinical style is shaped by her own lived experience with chronic pain, ulcerative colitis, and fertility challenges. As one of BC's first spinal cord stimulator recipients and an ostomate, Dr. Teja brings deep empathy and resilience to every patient interaction—particularly with those navigating chronic conditions such as IBD.
