For generations, Black realities have been overlooked, minimized, or misunderstood in therapeutic and coaching spaces. We unpack why this disconnect exists, how whiteness and anti-Blackness shape the dynamics, and the burden it places on Black clients to carry the weight of translation.

Through candid conversations, lived experiences, and coaching insights, these episodes hold space for two tracks:

• Centering Black Women’s Experiences — honoring the voices, realities, and wisdom of Black African American women as more than case studies, but as the heart of the conversation.
